Identifying your needs:
In order to best understand your project, your needs, objectives and issues, we will start with a call or video to discuss your project and what drives it in person. Following this contact, I will send you a questionnaire to find out your intentions, the values of your company, its history, the target you are targeting and the customers you reach, then I will reformulate this information to draw words from it. -keys that will define your business as it is.
Audit and analyses:
Once I have gotten to know your company, I will carry out an audit which will include different analyses:

Persona creation:

The personas will make it possible to identify target groups and offer content that is adapted to them in order to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.
