The logo is very bold, playing on the repetition of the word Dai. It is associated with its translation into Japanese Katakana. 

All 3 pictograms represent hands holding citrus fruits, a symbol of culture, of working the land which leads to the growth of these citrus fruits. 

The chosen orientation is visually impactful and easily identifiable with its range of contrasting colors of black and white, bringing out the color of the citrus fruits.
