Yolk is a restaurant located within the confines of an organic farm in Switzerland which produces vegetables, aromatic herbs, creamery, and raises poultry and sheep.
It is located in one of the farm's old sheds, the interior design of which has been carefully crafted, highlighting natural materials such as exposed stone and wood.
The chef mainly works with products from the farm and sources his supplies from neighboring producers and friends engaged in responsible agriculture within 100 km around.
The cuisine and the visual environment are modern, delicate, relaxed, warm, giving pride of place to the place as well as to products of exceptional quality.
